Released-Time Christian Education

for Students of Berea Middle School

A Thursday Bible Class

during a Related Arts Period

6th grade - 10:50 a.m. (period 3)

7th grade - 1:31 p.m. (period 5)

8th grade - 8:39 a.m. (period 1)

Enroll your child by filling out a "Parent Consent Form"

and returning it to the school office.

(Forms are available online or in the School Office)

How it works:

Your child can attend one hour of non-denominational Bible study per week during the regular school schedule. With their parents permission, students may miss one hour of a Related Arts class* to attend an off-campus Bible class.

Each Thursday the students come to the front lobby during their Related Arts class period and are taken by bus to a nearby church (Summit View Baptist Church) for a Bible study. After class, they are returned to the school and resume their regular class schedule.

* The student will not be marked absent from his Related Arts class, nor will he be penalized in any other way. Most Related Arts classes do not require homework, but a student should check with his teacher to see if there is anything he needs to make up.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail us. We would love to set up a time to discuss the program with you.
